Shawn MacCarthy

Shawn McCarthy is a seasoned leader and strategist with over 25 years of experience in the FinTech and SaaS industries. Currently serving as the Vice President of Business Development at Katahdin Group.

Prior to his role at Katahdin Group, Shawn was the Chief Operating Officer at FISPAN, where he successfully expanded the company's market presence and customer base. He led the vision and execution of creating seamless banking connections for corporate clients through embedded financial products and services. His career also includes significant roles at Finexio, where he simplified accounts payable payments for medium and large corporates, and PaymentWorks, where he served as COO.

Shawn's career is marked by his ability to drive revenue growth, operational excellence, and customer satisfaction. He has a passion for solving complex problems and leading high-performing teams.
