Katahdin Group Key Executive Fellowship

As part of Katahdin Group’s commitment to building stronger, more diverse executive teams, the Key Executive Fellowship is an initiative designed to support and accelerate the careers of senior leaders who identify as women or BIPOC.

Fellowship Benefits

This Fellowship provides full financial support for an outstanding executive to join a Key Executive Collective peer group—an exclusive forum where rising senior leaders sharpen their leadership skills, expand their strategic perspective, and gain the tools needed to step into greater leadership roles, including CEO.

By engaging in the Collective's proven case methodology, fellows will present their most pressing challenges and opportunities and receive actionable feedback from their peers, while also offering their unique perspectives on the cases of fellow members.

On average, 15% of Key Executive Collective members step into the CEO role each year, while others expand their leadership impact within their organizations.
