Fellowship

The Katahdin Group CEO Fellowship

As Katahdin Group embarks on its 25th year of empowering CEOs, we understand the value of having diverse voices and perspectives in our CEO Collective peer groups. In an effort to foster greater diversity and inclusion within our network, we now offer The Katahdin Group CEO Fellowship, exclusively for CEOs who identify as women and/or people of color. Within these criteria, we warmly welcome applicants of all sexual orientations and gender identities.

Fellowship Benefits

Each year, the Fellowship offers three fellows a 12-month membership to the CEO Collective, providing access to valuable networking opportunities, expert insights, and strategic guidance. Additionally, fellows receive tailored one-on-one mentoring and support, along with connections to seasoned former CEO facilitators of the Katahdin team and the broader CEO Collective network.

As members of the CEO Collective, fellows will engage in a rigorous process that has historically led to an average growth rate of 27% for member companies. By engaging in the CEO Collective's proven case methodology, fellows will present their most pressing challenges and opportunities and receive actionable feedback from their CEO peers, while also offering their unique perspectives on the cases of fellow members.
