Please join us as we welcome Carla Cole, a Certified Specialist of Wine with the Society of Wine Educators and recipient of Advanced Certification with merit from Wine & Spirit Education Trust. She has taken the Bordeaux Educators Certification and also studied at Le Cordon Bleu in Australia where she earned both culinary and Sommeliers Certifications. Carla is the Author of Wine & Dine with New Hampshire, bringing you a closer look at New Hampshire’s award-winning wines, ciders, and meads and the pioneer companies who create them. Her experience in the wine industry also includes twenty years of restaurant experience across the United States at establishments such as the Pebble Beach Resort, Monterey Hilton and W Hotel in San Francisco.
