I am proud of the track my career has taken. I started as entry level technology sales person and grew into the President and CEO role, serving some of the most successful companies in our market. The experience along the way, working with some incredible people and helping them pursue their career goals has been truly rewarding.

Mark Hatton

Mark has more than 30 years of experience building and sustaining organizations that emerge as highly recognized industry leaders.

Mark has successfully led multiple private equity-backed companies through various growth and restructuring strategies that resulted in successful exits and generated significant shareholder return. Most recently, he was the CEO of Longview Solutions, a leading provider of tax and financial planning software solutions to the enterprise market worldwide. There Mark led a strategic business turnaround by defining and implementing an aggressive go-to-market strategy that enabled Longview to accelerate its strategic position in the market. Longview was successfully acquired by insightsoftware in February 2020.

Mark was also CEO of Core Security through its successful exit to K1 Capital in December 2015. Previously, he was president of North America for Sophos, during which time he helped build the company to become one of the largest private security companies in the market.

Mark received a Master of Business Administration from Boston University and a Bachelor of Arts from Westfield State University.
