TOP Accomplishments

  • Dancing Deer is still referenced as a poster child for social impact/triple bottom line brands. We didn't even know those words when we were building it
  • Cracked the code to grow nutritious fresh-cut greens sustainably at scale in New England for a competitive COGS with the SouthWest supply chain
  • Made the overhaul of Workplace Practices, Wages & Benefits the first chapter of an all-points renovation of a family manufacturing company, getting everyone on board for the very hard work to be done, and making it more fun

"The intensity and challenge of this work is very gratifying . It's also great to redeploy my own hard-won learnings with talented people who set aside their egos and dive into learning. I love the positive energy and collaboration."
